Ingredients

- 500 gr. pork tenderloin, cut in cubes
- 200 ml. white wine
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 2 red peppers, minced
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 ripe tomatoes, minced
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 50 ml. Altis Classic Olive Oil
- Freshly ground pepper
- Salt
- Bukovo, optional
Instructions
EXECUTION
- In a wide saucepan, we saute the pork over high heat until it turns brown.
- We add the vegetables and continue to saute for 3-4 min., stirring regularly.
- We add half the wine and wait until it evaporates.
- We add the tomatoes, concentrated tomato juice, mustard, sugar, cumin, thyme, salt, pepper, bukovo and, at the end, the rest of the wine.
- We simmer the food for approximately 60’ until the sauce becomes thick, and then serve!
Instead of pork, we can use veal or even a mixture of both meats
