- 2 avocados, cut in cubes
- 150 gr. Ricotta cheese
- 1 orange pepper, cut in cubes
- 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 2 scallions, minced
- 4-5 mint leaves, minced
- 2-3 coriander sprigs
- 50 ml. Altis Traditional Extra Virgin Oil
- 2 limes
- Pepper
- Salt
Instructions
EXECUTION
- We prepare the dressing: in a bowl, we mix the olive oil, lime juice, coriander and mint.
- In a bowl, we mix all the remaining ingredients; we pour the dressing over the salad, and then serve with tortillas.
- We can spray a few drops of tabasco over the dressing
