- 300 gr. ripe pineapple
- 300 ml. pineapple juice
- 300 gr. coconut cream
- 1 small banana
- 1 ½ teaspoons ginger, ground
- 20 ml. Altis Kalamata Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4-5 mint leaves

EXECUTION
- In the blender, we mash all the ingredients for 2-3 minutes, and split the mix in large glasses; we add plenty of ice and serve with mint leaves.
